Our Editorial Standards
AINutry is an educational nutrition publication. Every article we publish is grounded in research that has already been conducted and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Nothing is invented. We do not create data, we report it.
How every article is made
- AI-assisted research and drafting. We use artificial intelligence to survey the published scientific literature, organize findings, and draft articles. We are transparent about this: AI is our research engine, not our source of truth.
- Published studies only. Every factual claim traces back to a study that already exists in the peer-reviewed record. We cite the author, year, and journal so you can verify each claim yourself.
- Human editing. Articles are reviewed and edited by our human editor before and after publication. Content is refreshed when the science evolves.
- No fabrication. We never invent statistics, studies, or outcomes. If the evidence is weak or mixed, we say so.
What AINutry is, and what it is not
AINutry exists to make published nutrition science accessible and understandable. It is educational content only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a physician or registered dietitian. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, starting a supplement, or acting on anything you read here.

Who runs AINutry
AINutry was founded and is edited by Leonardo S., an attorney and entrepreneur who built AINutry to make research-backed nutrition knowledge accessible through AI. Leonardo is not a healthcare professional, and AINutry does not present itself as one: our credibility rests on the published research we cite, the transparency of our process, and your ability to verify every source. You can find Leonardo on LinkedIn.
