AINutry (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Leonardo Bergonzi de Souza Junior, who acts as the data controller for personal data processed through https://ainutry.online (the “Site”). We comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD · Law No. 13,709/2018), supervised by the Brazilian Data Protection Agency (ANPD), and with the GDPR where applicable. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, on which legal basis, with whom we share it, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data We Collect
- Newsletter: email address and name, provided by you with consent.
- Contact: name, email and message content when you contact us.
- Free tools (calculators and quizzes): your answers are processed in your browser to show results. If you choose to receive a report by email, your answers · which may include health-related data (e.g. digestive symptoms, body metrics) · and your email are processed only with your specific, highlighted consent (LGPD Art. 11). Requesting a report may also subscribe you to the newsletter, as stated next to the consent box; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising, marketing/push) only run after your consent through our cookie banner.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type and access times, kept by our hosting provider for security.
- Consent records: we log your cookie/banner and form consent choices (timestamp, choices, truncated IP hash) to meet our accountability duty (LGPD Art. 8 §2).

3. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers (processors) that help us run the Site:
- Brevo (email marketing and automation) · stores newsletter subscribers.
- Google (AdSense/DoubleClick advertising; Analytics where active) · only after your consent for the respective cookie categories.
- WonderPush (push notifications) · only if you opt in.
- Namecheap (hosting) and Railway (site assistant widget infrastructure).
- Amazon Associates: our articles may contain affiliate links. We do not send Amazon your personal data; once you click, Amazon’s own privacy policy applies.
4. International Data Transfers
Some providers above process data outside Brazil (e.g. United States and European Union). These transfers follow LGPD Art. 33 and ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 19/2024, relying on the providers’ standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.
5. Retention
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Tool answers: used to generate and send your report; not kept as a health database.
- Contact messages: up to 2 years.
- Consent records: up to 5 years (proof of compliance).
- Cookies: per the durations in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your Rights (LGPD Art. 18)
You may request, at any time and free of charge: confirmation of processing; access to your data; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data; portability; deletion of data processed with consent; information about sharing; information about the option of not consenting; and withdrawal of consent. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest.
How to exercise: email hello@ainutry.online with the subject “Privacy Request”. We respond within 15 days. Newsletter emails also include a one-click unsubscribe link, and cookie consent can be changed anytime via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. If you believe your rights were violated, you may file a complaint with the ANPD (gov.br/anpd).

8. Children and Adolescents
The Site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Advertising cookies are disabled by default and only activate after consent.
9. Security and Incidents
We use HTTPS, restricted access credentials and minimal data collection (Art. 46). Security incidents that may cause relevant risk or damage will be reported to the ANPD and affected data subjects within the legal timeframe (ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 15/2024).
10. Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date and, where consent applies, we will ask for it again if purposes change (Art. 9 §2).
